How to Use
Adults and children 6 years and above: 1 spray in each nostril, up to 3 times daily, preferably every 8–10 hours
Blow your nose gently before spraying
Do not exceed 7 consecutive days of use to avoid rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa)
