BRUFEN Paediatric Syrup contains ibuprofen, a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that helps reduce pain, fever, and inflammation in children. It is commonly used to relieve cold and flu symptoms, sore throat, toothache, earache, headaches, sprains, and minor aches.
