Dompy Suspension is primarily used to:

Relieve nausea and vomiting caused by various conditions including food intolerance, medications, or gastrointestinal disorders.

Reduce stomach bloating, fullness, and belching.

Manage symptoms of gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and gastroparesis by improving stomach motility.

Support comfort during motion sickness, under medical guidance.
Suitability & Precautions

Adults and adolescents (≥12 years and ≥35 kg): Safe when used as directed.

Children under 12 or infants: Only under strict medical supervision due to potential cardiac and neurological risks.

Elderly patients or those with heart, liver, or kidney conditions: Use with caution; may increase risk of serious cardiac issues (arrhythmias, QT prolongation).

Consult a doctor if taking other medications or if symptoms persist.
Dosage & Administration

Adult dosage: 10 mL (10 mg) up to three times daily.

Maximum duration: Usually 7 days.

Shake well before use.

Use the provided measuring device to ensure accurate dosing.

Avoid exceeding the recommended daily dose of 30 mg.
Warnings & Side Effects

May increase risk of heart rhythm problems, especially at higher doses or in patients over 60.

Do not use if allergic to Domperidone or any excipients.

Possible side effects: headache, dizziness, abdominal cramps, diarrhea, or rarely, serious cardiac events.
