Medical Uses
Profinal oral suspension is indicated for:

Fever reduction: Helps lower high body temperature.

Pain relief: Alleviates headaches, migraines, toothaches, muscular pain, backache, period pain, post-operative pain, and minor injuries such as sprains or strains.

Anti-inflammatory effects: Reduces swelling and inflammation from conditions like arthritis (including juvenile arthritis), osteoarthritis, and soft tissue injuries.
Dosage & Administration

Shake the bottle well before use.

Use a proper measuring device (oral syringe or cup) for accurate dosing.

Administer according to age and weight or follow physician instructions.

Can be taken with or after food/milk to reduce stomach irritation.

Leave 4–6 hours between doses; do not exceed the maximum daily dose.
Precautions & Warnings

Avoid if allergic to ibuprofen, aspirin, or other NSAIDs.

Consult a doctor if there is a history of ulcers, gastrointestinal bleeding, heart, kidney, or liver disease, high blood pressure, or asthma.

Not recommended in the last trimester of pregnancy or in children under 3 months (or <5 kg) without medical advice.

Can mask symptoms of underlying infections; seek medical attention if symptoms persist or worsen.
