Eligibility for Refund or Exchange

Customers may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
Products must be returned in a saleable condition, maintained under proper storage conditions, and presented in their original packaging along with the original purchase receipt.

Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Refunds or exchanges will not be permitted for the following items:

Hygiene-sensitive products: Support stockings, hosiery, swimming suits, etc.
Products issued against insurance claims.
Promotional or discounted items: Products purchased as part of any special offers or promotions.
Scheduled or controlled medicines and medications requiring special storage conditions and fridge items or items need special conditions storage.

Credit Note

We encourage our customers to opt for a credit note when returning items. A credit note provides flexibility, allowing you to purchase any item within 6 months from the date of issuance. The credit note will be issued for the same amount as the returned item, and can be used at any of our pharmacy locations.

Cash Refund Policy

For cash payments, refunds require approval from the Finance Department and may take 2 to 3 working days to process.
Cash refunds will only be issued against cash payments.

Refund for Credit Card Payments

For credit card payments, the transaction will be cancelled within 4 to 7 working days, and the refund will be credited back to the customer’s credit card account.

Same-Day Exchange

Customers requesting an exchange on the same day of purchase, whether paid by cash or credit card, may exchange the item and pay the price difference.
If a refund is requested on the same day of purchase, approval is required, and the refund process may take 2 to 3 working days.

Fazaa Terms and Conditions

To avail the offer a Fazaa member must present a physical valid Fazaa card.
The offers are not valid in conjunction with any other deals or promotions.
The offer is not applicable on prescription medicines.
