  • The prescription must be issued by a licensed healthcare professional in UAE.
  • If your prescription was issued on your health insurance, we will process the claim online with your health insurance provider.

The E-Prescription Dispensing system is used to receive online dispensing requests from patients in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This website is only for prescriptions issued from a healthcare facility in the UAE.

Prescriptions containing emergency and controlled medications cannot be purchased online.
